We started our operations in rural India in the small town of Mallasamudram (~25 Kilometers from Salem), Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, in the year 2009 and have grown multifold then on. Our first client is a pioneer in the online tutoring business with whom we render online tutoring services for students up to K-12. We work closely with our clientele and have added on services for a leading educational publishing company for whom we provide content development services and a dominant leader in the US Healthcare Business Services for whom we manage the Revenue cycle, provide Medical Coding & Adjudication services.

LOCATIONAL ADVANTAGE

Mahendra NextWealth is located in Mallasamudram, in Namakkal District, a 30 minutes drive from Salem. Salem is approximately a Three hours drive from Bangalore and about Six hours South-West of Chennai. Our Four Floor Incubation center that has a capacity of 350 seats is located in a lush green 130 Acres sprawling campus that houses Three Engineering Colleges and One Polytechnic. The facility is located in a 50 KM radius of the three districts mentioned below.

Salem is the fifth largest city in Tamil Nadu. Salem boasts of a large Textile Industry, Steel Plants, Automotive Components, Poultry Farms and Sago Industries. Being one of the fastest growing Tier-II cities, the Tamil Nadu Government and ELCOT have established an IT/ITeS Special Economic Zone (SEZ) on the Bangalore-Salem highway covering about 160 Acres. In the recent past, there have been a few IT/ITeS companies that have setup their offices because of the potential available. According to the 2011 census, Salem has a population of ~ 3.5 Million with a literacy rate of ~ 75%.

Namakkal is the first ISO 14001:2004 certified municipality in Asia for Environmental Management specifically for maintenance of water supply, solid waste & sewage management, town planning, lighting and other social services. Namakkal’s economy is driven predominantly by the Truck Body Building Sector, Educational Institutions, Poultry Farm Sector and the Real Estate Sector. Namakkal is also the Second Largest Producer of Eggs in India. Namakkal has around 60 Engineering Colleges, Arts & Science Colleges, Nursing and Management Institutes. Namakkal has a population of around ~ 1.7 Million with a steadily growing literacy rate.

With the ever increasing populace of educated manpower in these areas, it becomes that much easier for us to hire pre-trained manpower based on the resource requirements of our clients. We are able to scale-up much faster because of our strategic tie-ups with educational institutions and universities.
